- The first darts forum to lauch a separate area to allow direct communication with top players
- The first and only darts forum to sponsor a player through the collective contributions of its membership
- Over 5 years of competitions and giveaways in partnership with our sponsors Unicorn Darts. Other past sponsors included Carslberg (UK).
- The biggest and most popular darts forum in the world with a huge active membership, peaking at well over 10 million hits per month.
- The biggest stories broke first on SoD : Barney's move to the PDC was revealed some 6 months before he formally quit the BDO and signd up.
- Superstars of Darts was mentioned in Sky Sports TV coverage and also in ITV coverage by commentators and players
- Most Popular Player of the year award was acknowledged by Raymond van Barneveld in his book and Phil Taylor also expressed his delight when he received the award.
- SoD was mentioned in a major article in The Sun when Gary Anderson received the award for 2009.
- Barry Hearn spoke exclusively to Superstars of Darts in detail over the proposed PDC buyout of the BDO
